"The mid-century heritage of Palm Beach County’s Lost Tree Village – laid out by John Volk in the early 1960’s – informs the architecture and décor of this renovation of an oceanfront condominium apartment. "Roger Seifter, Project Partner
From the elliptical foyer a central gallery leads to the open living/dining room and kitchen. The architecture and its details are minimal throughout, allowing the owners’ contemporary art and the expansive water views to take center stage.
Each of the three bedrooms is a calm retreat – with its own distinctive character – from the goings-on in the great room. A “swing space” off the kitchen and gallery serves alternately as a study and an extra room for guests.
